How does the deposit work?
To reserve your bouquet, we require a €30 deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on collection or delivery. Unfortunately, for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit is non-refundable.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes – you can cancel or change your order free of charge up to 24 hours before your delivery or collection time. For changes within 7 days, please contact us directly – we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
What if my preferred flowers are not available?
If a specific flower is exceptionally unavailable, we will contact you promptly to find a beautiful alternative together.
Can I include a personal message or special request?
Of course! You can easily add any special requests or a personal message in the enquiry form. We want every bouquet to be truly unique – and that means a great deal to us.
How will I be notified?
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your reservation. We will also keep you informed by email as soon as your bouquet is ready for collection or on its way to you.
