Right of Withdrawal for Fresh Flowers – What You Need to Know
At PÉONI, you are purchasing fresh, handcrafted floral arrangements and living plants — natural products that are, by their very nature, perishable. For this reason, specific legal provisions apply.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to § 18 (1) no. 2 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG), there is no right of withdrawal for goods that may perish quickly or whose shelf life is inherently limited.
This means: ordered flowers, bouquets, arrangements and flowering plants cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery or collection.
This applies to all order channels — online shop, telephone and Click & Collect.
Exception: Non-Perishable Goods
For non-perishable products such as vases, care products or accessories, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods applies. In this case, we will accept the return of the item unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item at bb@peoni.at.
