Our flowers deserve a personal touch — that is why we deliver ourselves, with care and directly to your door.
In-Store Collection – Free of Charge
Place your order online and collect it at your convenience directly from our boutique:

Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification by e-mail. Please bring your order confirmation with you.
Local Delivery – Our Own Delivery Service
We deliver personally — fresh, carefully packaged and straight to your door.

Available delivery dates and time slots will be shown to you during checkout. Please ensure that someone is present to receive the delivery at the chosen time — flowers are fresh perishable goods and cannot be left unattended.
Outside our delivery area? Choose free in-store collection at our boutique — we look forward to welcoming you.
Pre-Orders & Special Occasions
For birthdays, weddings, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and other special moments, we recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to prepare your arrangement with the care and freshness it deserves.
Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the requested delivery time.
Payment
We accept all common payment methods in our online shop — secure, fast and convenient:

In-store, you may pay conveniently by card or cash.
Note on Fresh Goods
As our products are perishable natural goods, orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged once production has begun. If you experience any quality issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at bb@peoni.at or +43 (0)662 230391 — we will always find a fair solution together.
